NSS Background Remover is built by Novus Stream Solutions in London, Ontario, Canada — we work in the Eastern time zone, so replies usually land during Canadian business hours. The tool itself runs entirely in your browser and is free to use anywhere in the world.
We work remotely and have no public office or walk-in address, so please don’t send post or drop by. Email is the only supported way to reach us — for formal legal notices, write to bgremover@novusstreamsolutions.com and we’ll provide a mailing address if one is genuinely required.
