Common questions
Does it work for transparent or glass products?
Yes. The AI handles semi-transparent objects by preserving partial alpha values. You may need to use the brush tool and adjust feathering in Edge Refinement for best results on glass.
Can I process my whole catalogue at once?
Up to 20 images at a time. Upload them all at once and they process sequentially. When done, export all as a ZIP.
Will my product photos leave my device?
Never. All processing happens in your browser. Your images are not uploaded to any server at any point.
What resolution should I shoot at?
Higher is better. Images up to 4096 × 4096 px are processed at full resolution. For product listings, 2000 × 2000 px is typically the minimum recommended.
