Step-by-step process

  1. 1

    Import and decode

Your video is decoded directly in the browser. Start with any raw video file, or continue from a transparent WebM you already have. The timeline shows the full clip duration.

  2. 2

    Edit: filters, text, trim

Apply any of 34 cinematic LUT colour presets at adjustable intensity. Add text overlays with font, size, and position control. Trim start and end points on the timeline. All edits are non-destructive while the editor is open.

  3. 3

    Export

The edited video is re-encoded at your chosen quality setting and downloaded. Output format is WebM VP9 (browser default) or MP4 depending on browser codec support.

100% private by design. All processing runs in your browser — your files never leave your device. No account required.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine a transparent background-removed video with a custom background?

Yes. Open a transparent WebM in the video editor, then use the background panel to apply a solid colour, image, or video background. The final export composites your subject over the new background.

Are colour filters applied to the original video quality?

Filters are applied per-frame during re-encode. The output quality depends on the bitrate setting — higher quality settings preserve more detail but produce larger files.

Can I trim video to exact timestamps?

Yes — the timeline supports start and end trim handles. Drag to set in/out points before export.
