Single-pass Lanczos upscaling — 2× or 4× in your browser
How it works
Upscale old footage
Bring vintage or low-resolution video recordings up to modern HD clarity.
Social media clips
Increase resolution of short clips before uploading to TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Client deliverables
Provide higher-resolution outputs without re-shooting when only a standard-def master exists.
Archive restoration
Upscale digitised archive footage to improve legibility and visual quality.
No. The Lanczos scaler runs entirely in your browser. Your video never leaves your device.
Every frame is enlarged to 4× its original pixel count. A 720p input (1280×720) becomes 5120×2880 (5K). 1080p input (1920×1080) is the maximum — it produces 7680×4320 (8K) which is the browser GPU limit.
Yes. Drag in multiple files and they'll queue up automatically. You can cancel or retry any job individually.
MP4 (H.264) with faststart — universally playable and scrubbable everywhere, and the original audio is preserved. You can convert to WebM or another container with the Video Editor or a format converter afterward.

Processing model
Frames are emitted at the clip cadence so playback does not silently speed up or slow down.
The finished result is previewable before download instead of being accepted as an opaque blob.
Filename, MIME type, duration, dimensions, audio, and the processed blob move together.
Know before you process: Long 4K clips can exceed browser memory; shorter segments and a 2× pass are the safer starting point.

Upscale a video →The default — light denoise, edge sharpen, and a touch of contrast. This is a classical enhancement pipeline (no AI model) — it can't invent detail, but it makes footage visibly cleaner and crisper at the larger size.
