Companion to the still 3D tools.
For an interactive rotatable 3D relief use the image editor's 3D panel; for virtual furniture staging use Real Estate Staging. This tool outputs a finished fly-through video.
Video Real-Estate 3D — Photo to Fly-Through
Turn one property photo into a cinematic 3D parallax fly-through. AI depth estimation drives a real camera move — push-in, orbit, crane — and exports a finished MP4 or WebM. No 3D model, no studio, no upload. Free, private, in your browser.
How it works
Upload one property photo
Drop a room, exterior, or listing shot. A monocular depth model runs in your browser to estimate how near or far every surface is — no special camera or 3D scan needed.
Pick a camera move
Choose a slow push-in, parallax pan, orbit arc, crane-up, or dolly reveal. Tune the depth intensity and clip length to match the space.
Render and download
The photo is re-projected frame-by-frame from the moving virtual camera and encoded to MP4 or WebM — ready for MLS listings, reels, and ads.
Who uses this
MLS & listing videos
Turn the photos you already have into motion content that holds attention longer than a static gallery — without booking a videographer.
Reels & social ads
A 6-second fly-through is perfect for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook listing ads where movement drives the algorithm.
Agent brand content
Batch your back-catalogue of sold and active listings into a consistent, branded fly-through style for your feed.
Architecture & interiors
Give render stills or finished-project photos a subtle parallax that reads as depth in a portfolio or pitch deck.
Vacation rentals
Make Airbnb and VRBO photos move so a property feels walkable and real before a guest books.
Pre-tour teasers
Drop a quick depth fly-through into an email or open-house invite to build anticipation for the in-person visit.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a 3D model or special camera?
No. The tool estimates a depth map from a single ordinary photo using an in-browser AI model (Depth Anything V2), then moves a virtual camera through that depth. Any JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, or HEIC works.
Is it really free and private?
Yes. There is no signup, watermark, or upload — the depth estimation and video encoding both run locally in your browser, so your property photos never leave your device.
What camera moves are available?
Five hand-tuned moves: Slow Push-In, Parallax Pan, Orbit Arc, Crane Up, and Dolly Reveal. Each is built to feel like a real camera move rather than a flat zoom.
Why does a very high depth intensity look stretched?
Parallax reveals areas the original photo never captured (behind near objects). The renderer clamps those edges; pushing intensity too far makes the stretch visible. Keep it moderate for clean results, or pick a gentler move.
What formats can I export?
MP4 (H.264) when your browser supports it, otherwise WebM (VP9). Both play in listing platforms, social apps, and editors.
How is this different from a Ken Burns zoom?
A Ken Burns pan/zoom moves a flat image. This uses a per-pixel depth map, so near and far surfaces move at different rates — the parallax cue that actually reads as three-dimensional.

Why it's different
Real per-pixel depth parallax — not a flat Ken Burns zoom — generated entirely in your browser from a single photo, with no upload and no 3D model.
100% Private
Everything runs on your device using in-browser AI. Nothing is transmitted to any server — not the file, not metadata, not filenames.
True Alpha Channel
We export straight (non-premultiplied) alpha so transparent PNGs open with a real checkerboard in Photoshop and Figma — no black halos.
Free Forever
No paywall, no watermark, no premium tier. The full-quality AI is free, supported by non-intrusive ads.
Works Offline
Once loaded, the app and AI models cache locally. Process files without an internet connection. Installable as a desktop or mobile app.
